  • Charlotte’s Place is a new daycare opening in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn for littles up to 2 years old. When you walk in, you feel like you’re in someone’s home or a very giant nursery.

It’s warm with an earthy palette in shades of green and wood. These organic tones are energized by interesting patterns and elements found in the room. Green is a stable, soothing color that evokes a strong sense of wellbeing, peace, and tranquility.

The floor plan is an open concept with zones for drop off/pick up, napping, diapering playing, and feeding. The entryway has cubbies for each kiddo and the hand painted stripes are perfectly imperfect. The tree wallpaper has a wonderful story book quality that reminds me of the classic kids book Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak.
